What if we’re worrying about the wrong thing when it comes to social media?
The debate about banning social media for under-16s has become loud and polarised. But I think there’s a much bigger question we should be asking ourselves. In this Parent Pause, I’m reflecting on what childhood is really for, why boredom might be one of the greatest gifts we can give our children, and what I fear screens are taking away from them.
